Emotional Freedom technique is a mind/body technique to release emotional /physical and limiting belief patterns. It has also been called an "emotional version of acupuncture" (but without needles) or "body based talk therapy". In the session you stimulates specific points of meridian systems on your body though a gentle fingertip tapping method. While gently tapping these points, you are guided to explore, express and release various facets of "emotional issues". Since our minds, emotions and body are all connected, this work can also be accessed through thoughts and sensations on the body.
Depending on what you are intending to accomplish, we recommend 3-10 sessions.
